Daniel DelMastro is the CEO/President of Ditek Consulting, LLC. Daniel graduated from American International College with his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management. Mr. DelMastro started Aero-Med, Ltd. in his home basement initially selling only latex gloves to healthcare industries. He increased the companies to sales of a wide range of disposable medical supplies such as gauze and blood collection items throughout the country.  Eventually had warehouses in CT, TX, IL, CA and GA which enabled the company to process, ship and deliver orders within 48 hours.  He grew his company from 2 employees to 120 employees and total sales reached $250 million annually.  His philosophy was to focus on a limited number of customers in order to stock a larger inventory of each product distributed to these customers. In addition, he started the sister company called Aero-Med Medical, Inc. which offered custom packaging and repacked and re-labeled items to create customized kits for customers. The company increased employees from 18 to 80 and annual sales were $25 million. In 2014, Mr. DelMastro sold his business to Cardinal Health and remained on as VP of Cardinal Health.

In 2018, Mr. DelMastro started his new company, Ditek Consulting LLC, doing medical consulting for a variety of companies.  He eventually got back in the medical distribution field and in a short period of time, Mr. DelMastro has been able to grow this business to over $20 million dollars in sales and now provides medical distribution and kitting to his customers throughout the United States.
